Glorious Fool, John Martyn (Duke/Atlantic) - Phil Collins, the drummer for Genesis, produced this enchanting album by one of Scotland's premier folk singers. The music is a little more intense this time, almost heavy-handed on a couple of cuts, but is largely melodic and fun to hear.
Eric Clapton puts in some typically tasteful guitar work on Couldn't Love You More, setting the tone for the rest of the LP. It's one of those records that starts to sound better and better after repeated listening.
