Regular DJ version of regular single.
Rather strange promo compilation from So Far So Good period.
Side A contains mainly bad rock music apart from the reggae track by Rico Rodriguez. On side B John is surrounded by country music, flamenco guitar and a miserable attempt at Bonzo Dog humour.
Only time John was censored...
Sampling done right
Tracks well chosen and all relevant information for DJ's is present.
John Cale proves to be an excellent neighbour and the Fania All-Stars must be Island's answer to Santana.
Long promo sampler from Inside Out period

I had to estimate the release date but based on the releases involved, it was probably around October 1st 1973.
Released only in the US to promote the Solid Air album.
Rare US support sampler for Solid Air tour
John has two tracks on this item; I'd Rather Be The Devil is shortened like the other long tracks (as indicated after the album titles).
"NOT FOR SALE"
"island records | available from capitol records"
USA issue with one side stereo, one side mono.
