Album cobbled together in difficult period with surprisingly strong songwriting and first class production work by Jim Tullio.
Good job well delivered with a bonus track:
Rather Be The Devil from So Far, So Good. The track lasts 6:10, so just as long as the So Far So Good version.
Pleasant return to form with some great songwriting in matching production on new and bona fide record label.
Pleasant but also somewhat gloomy surprise collection of cover versions.
Fist new material in five years; John turns hip-hop. Songs are great but recording quality suffers a little from digital diseases.
Fine collection of well recorded songs. These tapes have bass!
The finished and improved version of Couldn't Love You More, with some tracks deleted and more interesting songs added.
Unfortunate attempt to rerecord the back catalogue. The songs are not bad per se but the album as a whole lacks variation and it was released without John's consent.
Well recorded and interesting versions of fine songs, both acoustic and band versions. Unfortunately out of print.
