Ohne Filter ('Musik Pur') was a high quality German music programme recorded in a studio with a small audience. International artists performed without any sound corrections -hence the title 'Musik Pur' (Purely Music). A typical epsisode lasted 45 minutes. The series ran from late 1983 through 1999; approximately 300 broadcasts were made.
